The West Ryde Chamber of Commerce is your voice and your support in business.
The Chamber, re-established in 1992, is committed to attracting customers to your business by helping to make the area a pleasant place to shop, convenient to visit and with a variety of businesses.
Anyone who conducts business in and around the area (broadly speaking, those within the 2114 postcode district - e.g. West Ryde, Meadowbank, Shepherd's Bay, Denistone) is eligible to join and be heard. More importantly, you are encouraged to exchange information and ideas and to help solve common problems.
The key events in the Chamber's calendar are - regular after-hours socials hosted by local businesses where networking opportunities abound and the West Ryde Easter Festival where local businesses are encouraged to participate.
Together, members of the Chamber have a voice at Council meetings, with local police and other agencies, and have a close association with the Meadowbank-West Ryde Progress Association and the Rotary Club of Ryde.
